The Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is well underway this Spring with all sorts of things to see, eat, drink, and experience! While we remain in awe of the unforgettable topiaries and delicious food, did you know the festival also boasts a “Health Full Trail”?
The Health Full Trail consist of three distinct areas including the Play Full Garden, Mind Full Retreat and Flavor Full Kitchen.
As shared by Disney: “In the Play Full Garden, families can have fun together as they experience the new Play Circles, which promote imaginative play. These play circles were developed to allow for families to enjoy the garden together in a safe and physically distanced manner.”
Secondly, we have the Mind Full Retreat were “guests can find a restorative moment of relaxation in a calming space.”
