5. Royal Asante Suite at Animal Kingdom Lodge
This elite suite at the Animal Kingdom Lodge requires booking through a travel professional, as it’s not even officially advertised on the Disney website. Staying in the Royal Asante Suite is like renting an elaborate home, with over 2100 square feet of elegant African design and authentic craftsmanship. Amenities include a full kitchen, separate formal dining room, sleeping arrangements for eight, a jacuzzi, a fireplace, and even a treadmill on the balcony overlooking the safari savannah. Prices start around $2400 and rise significantly.
6. Captain’s Deck and Newport Presidential Suites
The Yacht Club and Beach Club also have exclusive suites which are discretely kept off of the main site, at least by name. They’re called the Captain’s Deck and Newport Suites, respectively, and both are considered “Presidential” level. Specialized concierge services and lovely views of the Stormalong Bay pool area and Crescent Lake come standard here. Apparently there are different configurations of adjoining rooms that can be added on for larger parties, but the base suite houses seven. Pricing runs around $2000.
7. Wilderness Lodge Copper Creek Grand Villa
Rounding things out back at the Wilderness Lodge, the Grand Villa is a great choice for larger parties. Though a stay in this three bedroom suite will run well over $2000 per night, it sleeps twelve people, which increases the value. With contemporary rustic styling, multiple private balconies, a full kitchen, open layout, and ample seating, the Grand Villa is definitely a home away from home.
Of course, the suite inside Cinderella’s Castle would top every Disney Fanatic’s fantasy list, but stays there are considered priceless and therefore given by invitation only. Fingers crossed that our invitations are in the mail, right? In the meantime, if money were no object, which of these luxurious accommodations would you choose at Walt Disney World? Pretty sure those Polynesian Bungalows would be my personal favorite. Tell us yours in our interactive Facebook group today!
