3. Must-have reservation: Be Our Guest
While you may have some last-minute luck during breakfast or lunch, you likely won’t find availability if you walk up to Be Our Guest for dinner. This popular spot in New Fantasyland allows guests to dine in the Beast’s castle in the Ballroom, West Wing, or the Rose Garden while feasting on French-inspired entrees and of course, the grey stuff! Guests can stick around after dinner to meet the beast and explore the various dining areas in his castle.
