Set in an alternate version of the 1960’s The Incredibles is a heartwarming and somewhat twisted reality of what happens to a world without superheroes. When disgraced superhero Mr. Incredible sits looking at the walls of his study filled with newspaper clippings from his escapades as a superhero, Mr. Incredible focuses on one which doesn’t quite track with the timeline of the movie. This particular old newspaper clipping includes a date of Sept 16, 2002 – a day roughly 40 years ahead of the movies’ timeline.
