Top 10 Tips from an Experienced Disney World-goer

2) Park tips

There are two important things to do to assure you experience shorter waits and more attractions and shows. You should do one or both every day you enter the parks. First, arrive early! Most guests are unwilling to get up early on vacation. You will experience short lines and cooler temps at park opening, for at least the first couple hours of the day. Second, book your three fastpasses ahead of time, before you leave home. Fastpass is Disney’s version of a ride reservation system, with little or no wait. Every person gets at least three per day. You can arrive early and schedule your fastpasses for the afternoon or evening, when the parks are crowded, or sleep in and schedule you fastpasses to start around noon.
