D23, the official Disney fan club, has been adding to their massive Disney-inspired recipe collection and some of the newest items, including these Mickey-Inspired Conchas look like recipes we simply have to try!

Whether you are looking for something sweet to add to your Día de Reyes festivities on January 6, or you are simply up for trying any new recipe (as long as it’s Mickey-shaped!) this one courtesy of D23 looks delicious, and adorable.
Per D23, here is what you will need for ingredients for each component of the recipe before you get started:
Bread:
1/4 cup whole milk, room temperature
1 packet active dry yeast (see instructions on yeast packaging to activate)
1/3 cup granulated sugar, divided
3-1/2 to 3-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 large eggs, beaten
Topping:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cocoa powder if using
You will also need a stand mixer with a bread hook as well as a concha cutter for this recipe. The complete recipe will full instructions is available from D23 here.
If you are spending Día de Reyes in Disney parks, you may be able to find some last minute holiday magic around the theme parks and the resorts. The Disney Festival of the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort runs through January 9, 2022, so you still have a couple of days to celebrate Día de Reyes and take in some seasonal magic at Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure and the Disneyland Resort hotels.
The majority of the holiday festivities at the Walt Disney World Resort have passed at this point, however you may still luck out finding some decorations around the resorts and in the parks. And if your next trip to Walt Disney World is later this month, you may be arriving just in time for the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts which kicks off on January 14, 2022.
Feliz Día de Los Reyes and happy baking!
