Universal Orlando has officially confirmed the return of a special after-hours event known as Volcano Bay Nights, offering guests an exclusive way to experience the park after dark.

The limited-capacity event will run on select nights from May 3 through Aug. 21, giving visitors a rare opportunity to enjoy the water park long after the sun begins to set.

The event officially begins at 7 p.m., though ticket holders can enter the park as early as 4 p.m., allowing them to enjoy the park during the afternoon before the exclusive party begins.
Universal Orlando also revealed that the event will feature a Beach Bash at Waturi Beach, complete with a live DJ and character meet-and-greets featuring DreamWorks Animation favorites from Shrek and Madagascar.
Food will play a major role in the celebration as well. Guests attending Volcano Bay Nights will receive complimentary treats, including:

In addition, guests can sample specialty food and beverage items available throughout the park. Universal says the event will offer more than 100 drink options, along with complimentary Coca-Cola beverage refills using a Volcano Bay Freestyle Souvenir Cup provided during the party.
Tickets for the event are priced at $99 plus tax per person, and parking is included with admission.
Universal Orlando Annual and Seasonal Passholders will also receive a 10% discount, provided they present a valid pass and photo ID.
For guests seeking an upgraded experience, private cabanas will also be available starting at $199.99 plus tax. These cabanas must be booked in person at Volcano Bay concierge huts on the day of the event and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
