This is probably the biggest difference between Universal and the Mouse’s theme park. With the exception of kiddie rides, most attractions are not for the faint of heart (or stomach). Hard-core thrill seekers can defy gravity on the Hollywood Rip Ride Rocket, escape terrifying Transformers on a jaw-dropping 3-D attraction, or even outrun a vengeful mummy on the Revenge of the Mummy ride. Most notably, Universal Studios is known for utilizing screen technology and 3-D/4-D effects. While some experiences show their age more than others, all are enjoyable for the amusement park enthusiast. So this may not be an ideal park for those with motion-sickness, but it is dream come true for the daring rider.
