For the last several months, many of us have honed our culinary skills while spending more time at home. Now is the chance to break out your inner chef and follow along with Disney Chef Kevin Downing, as he prepares the guest-favorite Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup, and the delicious Filet of Beef with Roasted Mushrooms and Beurre Blanc – both from Le Cellier Steakhouse at the Canada Pavilion in EPCOT, and part of the Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. 

Follow along on this previously recorded experience as Kevin shares tips for not only how to prepare the perfect dish, but some hacks for those with dietary preferences, and other tricks to make these dishes your own.
