What You Need to Know Before Buying Tickets to Walt Disney World

1. Tiered ticketing

Disney introduced tiered, or seasonal, ticketing almost two years ago. With this system, you will either pay a value, regular or peak ticket price depending on which day and time of year you plan to visit. Value tickets are $99, Regular are $107 and Peak are $119. When you go to purchase your ticket, the calendar is clearly color coded so you can see which days will be value, regular or peak and you can choose your days accordingly. If you can go during a weekday, that’s your best bet for getting a value price during these slower months.

Taking a few hours to do some research before buying your tickets to Disney World can end up saving you some money. Be sure to check park hours, special events and ticket pricing so you can make the most of your vacation!
