White Castle Now Delivers & Walt Disney World Is In The Delivery Radius!
Ok, White Castle fans! This is not a drill! If you’re visiting the Walt Disney World area and looking for a delicious White Castle burger… White Castle will come to you! That’s right, White Castle is delivering and Walt Disney World Resorts are in the delivery radius.
As reported by OrlandoSentinel: “Deliveries will start Tuesday (February 23) on Uber Eats and the company’s website from a ghost kitchen near John Young Parkway and Colonial Drive, according to a representative for the company. The food will be available within a 15-minute radius of the location at 18 N. Dollins Ave.”
“Having a virtual kitchen provides us the opportunity to be even more available, and at the same time, to give our new friends and neighbors in Orlando a taste of what’s to come as we continue to move towards opening our new location at O-Town West,” White Castle vice president Jamie Richardson said.
The delivery menu will offer a “concentrated collection” of White Castle items such as original and cheese sliders, crinkle-cut French fries, chicken rings and mozzarella cheese sticks. It will be available 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The White Castle opening near Disney in the O-Town West development on Daryl Carter Parkway has been billed as the largest free-standing restaurant in the Columbus, Ohio-based chain. It will be 4,567 square feet and feature two drive-through lanes along with indoor and outdoor seating. The company is returning to Florida after operating in Miami in the 1960s.
We are Disney nerds. Two kids at heart who love the magic and the memories of Walt Disney World! We follow all things Disney and have great experiences with Disney Vacation Club and RunDisney events in particular. We enjoy the vacations, day trips, weekend getaways and geek out over the planning of such events. From lodging to dining to Fastpasses we have a spreadsheet for every occasion. Mike’s frivolous Disney goal is to acquire a magic band of every style while Jamie’s goal is to experience as many Disney desserts as possible. Usually there isn’t a day that passes without some discussion of the master plan of our next trip to the happiest place on earth. Most people think we’re normal – until they travel to Disney with us. We have been married for 16 years and are blessed with a daughter and a son who have already learned the importance of planning ahead! As a family we thoroughly enjoy the magic and the memories at Walt Disney World and are here to help others experience the magic as well.
