You Can Stay in Hannah Montana’s Malibu Beach House for Free and the Rotating Closet is Included

Disney and Airbnb just handed every millennial who grew up on Disney Channel something they didn't know they still wanted this badly.

The Hannah Montana Malibu beach house, the actual oceanfront property featured throughout the show's entire run from 2006 to 2011, is now a bookable Airbnb stay. It's free. The closet spins. And there are only ten nights available, so if you're reading this and haven't checked the listing yet, stop and go do that first.

The Beach House Is Exactly What You Think It Is

The property sits right on the Malibu coastline and features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and the instantly recognizable slanted roof that served as the backdrop for four seasons worth of pop star chaos and beachside drama.

The home has been on the market since 2025 with an asking price of $21 million and has been available as a long-term rental for between $60,000 and $80,000 a month. For this particular run of stays, Disney and Airbnb have transformed it back into Hannah's world, and the results are exactly as extra as the show always was.

The Closet is the Main Event

Nobody is pretending otherwise. The rotating closet is the reason fans care about this house, and Airbnb did not disappoint. The curved railing spins at the touch of a button and the space is packed with sequined outfits, statement accessories, and stage looks pulled straight from the character's most iconic moments.

Beyond the closet, the home is loaded with details: wigs, musical instruments, sparkly boots, a cheetah-print chair shaped like a high-heeled shoe, and wall plaques honoring Hannah's biggest songs, including “The Best of Both Worlds,” “Just Like You,” “This is the Life,” and “The Other Side of Me.”

It is a lot. It is perfect.

There's More to Do Than Just Raid the Closet

Guests also have access to a karaoke setup to perform Hannah's hits. Along with a dedicated viewing area to watch the original series on Disney+. The house itself delivers on the Malibu promise, too. Outside, there's a covered patio, a hot tub on a deck with direct ocean views. There's also an open-plan kitchen and living area overlooking the beach. The rest of the bedrooms beyond Hannah's pop star sanctuary are decorated in a more subdued style. Which, honestly, might come as a relief after spending time in a room covered in sequins and gold records.

How to Actually Book The Beach House

Ten one-night stays are available between April 6 and April 16, 2026, accommodating up to four guests per stay, at no cost. Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from Malibu. Booking requests went live on March 26 at airbnb.com/hannahmontana. Given the demand, cancellations are your best shot if the initial request window has closed.

The Bigger Context of the Beach House

This is part of a wider 20th-anniversary celebration for the series, which includes a Hannah Montana anniversary special now on Disney+ and Hulu. The show premiered in 2006 and ran for four seasons, turning Miley Cyrus into a global star. The Malibu beach house was transformed into one of the most recognizable sets in Disney Channel history.

Twenty years later, the house still has the closet and the ocean view. For ten groups of fans this April, the whole thing is available for one night. You can stay for a price that makes no sense given what this property rents for.

Book it. Watch the special. Spin the closet. In that order.
