Sun vs. Shadows: ZOMBIES 4’s First Song Teases the Ultimate Monster Showdown

It’s official, Disney is bringing the drama, the dance, and the darkness in a big way with ZOMBIES 4: Dawn of the Vampires. The fan-favorite franchise is back with even more supernatural tension, and the first music video has already hit the ground running.

The debut track, “The Place to Be,” just dropped, and it’s not only packed with jaw-dropping choreography and gives fans their first real look at the movie’s new conflict: a clash between two powerful new monster factions.

Light vs. Dark (and Dance Moves to Match)

“The Place to Be” is classic ZOMBIES energy: high-stakes, high-drama, and seriously high kicks. The music video is a full-on visual clash between night and day, with the shiny, solar-powered Daywalkers squaring off against the mysterious, wind-powered Vampires. The choreography is next-level, as always, packed with crisp group numbers and theatrical flair that ZOMBIES fans have come to love.

With intense visuals, moody lighting, and a vibe that screams “choose your side,” this first song sets the tone for what’s shaping up to be the most epic ZOMBIES movie yet, a full-on monster mash-up where light battles dark, alliances are tested, and nothing is quite what it seems.

The characters vibe “good guys vs. bad guys,” but in true ZOMBIES style, we know that it’s more complicated than that. Half of the action plays out in daylight, the other in the shadows, showing off the stark contrast between the two new factions.

Addison dances with the Vampires, Zed with the Daywalkers, serving prominent symbolism and teasing a very familiar duality at the film’s heart.

What’s the new Plot?

After their first year of college, Zed and Addison return to Seabrook to work as camp counselors, but the summer’s not all sunshine. After a car accident, they find themselves in the middle of a new rivalry between the Daywalkers from Sunnyside and the Vampires from Shadyside. These two groups are powerful, proud, and not interested in playing nice.

On top of the growing tension, there’s a mysterious threat looming that could put the entire monster world in danger. Oh, and did we mention there might be a forbidden love story brewing between members of the rival groups? It’s giving Romeo and Juliet… but make it supernatural.
