10 Amazing Secrets and Facts About Magic Kingdom’s Tomorrowland

6.  The Tomorrowland Terrace

Today’s Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant was once called the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station and served menu items such as shrimp, chicken, or vegetable noodle bowls and other Asian inspired meals.  In 2010, it was given a facelift, a new name, The Tomorrowland Terrace (without the Noodle Station), and a new menu which features chicken strips, a spicy chicken sandwich, smoked sausage sandwich, etc.  An interesting fact about the Tomorrowland Terrace is that its location is off the beaten path with entrances from Tomorrowland or Main Street.  Also, it is located inside an area where the temperature is perfect for those hot summer months.  It closes every day at 3:30pm, and at night it is reserved for guests to enjoy the Fireworks Dessert Party with seated patio viewing.  Advance reservations and admission fees are required.  Photo credit Disney

I am a working mother of four adult children, 2 granddogs, and one grandcat. I have been a Disney fanatic since 1959, when my parents took my sister and I on a journey across the country to Disneyland. Needless to say, we were thrilled, and this became our vacation destination for the next 10 years. Later, when Walt Disney World was opened, we travelled to Florida and discovered a whole new Disney experience, and WDW became our new vacation destination. Now, our extended family members are all Disney Fanatics and always ready to talk about anything Disney.
