5. Boma – Animal Kingdom Lodge, Buffet
Boma has quickly worked its way to the top of my family’s favorite Walt Disney World buffets. Fire roasted meats; regional African side dishes and delicious dipping sauces are wonderful main course items on Boma’s buffet. The butternut squash soup, hummus selection and delicious zebra domes for dessert are all not to miss foods. Arrive in advance of your reservation to have a chance to walk around the resort to take in the gorgeous theming and of course visit the animals outside on one of the observation decks.
