5. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Weekend
Speaking of school vacations, this three-day weekend in January is another opportunity to head to Florida. Despite the fact that most kids just finished up a long December holiday break, many families still take advantage of the “extra” day. Again, this is still a great time to visit. Just don’t expect to walk into a deserted park.
