2. Wear comfortable shoes, drink lots of water, and listen to your body

So many vacations can be damped by blisters. You’re walking about two miles or more a day during a vacation in hot humid Florida heat and it’s easy to forget about yourself when there is so much fun to have. Listen to your body. Take a break in the shade and drink lots of water. Sometimes, you don’t even realize how dehydrated you are until you’re sucking down your fourth glass of water at dinner.
