10 Tips that Help Make Dining at Disney More Affordable

8. Sharing is Golden

Sharing portions can add up to a lot of savings and result in less wasted food.  Portion sizes at many Disney eateries are huge, couple this with the fact that many park guests prefer not to have a huge morning or midday meal during a hot park day and you have the perfect situation for sharing. I love sharing meals with family and friends at Casey’s Corner and Pecos Bill’s Tall Tale Inn in The Magic Kingdom, croissants and pastries in Epcot’s French pavilion just to name a few.  Feel free to ask for a second plate for sharing at quick service restaurants and share away!  For that matter, table service eateries on the property (excluding bottomless meals, dinner shows and buffets) are glad for guests to share.  This mean you will even have room and money for dessert!

I love talking and reading and breathing and everything Disney. I am married to an amazing man who also has a love for Disney. I love Walt Disney World and we try to visit as often as we can. I am thankful for a mom who raised me to have such a love for Disney and of course for Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse! My favorite characters are Minnie Mouse and Belle. I have an English Degree and I love to write so I am so excited that I am able to put my love of writing and Disney together. Thank you for reading my articles and sharing in my love for Disney!
