10 Ways You Can Fall Behind on a Disney Vacation

3. Sleeping In

There may be a day or two on your vacation that you are so exhausted, sleeping in is worth the missed park time.  However, one of the easiest ways to fall behind in the parks is to sleep in repeatedly.  While you may not choose to arrive at “rope drop” or park opening each day, you should aim to arrive within half an hour of park opening to ensure you can see as much as possible.  Meandering in at 10:00 am means longer bag check and attraction lines as well as being welcomed into the park by the first heat wave of the day.

I love talking and reading and breathing and everything Disney. I am married to an amazing man who also has a love for Disney. I love Walt Disney World and we try to visit as often as we can. I am thankful for a mom who raised me to have such a love for Disney and of course for Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse! My favorite characters are Minnie Mouse and Belle. I have an English Degree and I love to write so I am so excited that I am able to put my love of writing and Disney together. Thank you for reading my articles and sharing in my love for Disney!
