9. Preserve Your Memories
After enjoying an incredible vacation, you’ll want to look back on these fond memories through great pictures! If you’d like to capture every snapshot of you and your family in the parks, riding rides, and meeting characters – then consider purchasing the Memory Maker package. This feature gives you access to the digital copies of every photo that is taken by a Disney photographer! Not only are you purchasing photos of high, professional quality – you have the option to enhance your photos with fun borders, filters, and superimposed characters! (I mean, who doesn’t want a picture of themselves holdingTinkerbell?) Possibilities for a fabulous album await.
10. The Perfect Souvenir
There are so many shops to explore, you won’t have trouble finding a treat to bring home. However, we’d encourage you to not just buy any souvenir. Buy something you’ll truly use or appreciate. For example, instead of buying candy and a Goofy hat, consider buying something with more sentimental or practical value. Purchase a collectible painting that can hang in your home for years or a set of everyday Mickey dishes and silverware. Quality over quantity can be a useful mantra to chant when filling up your Disney shopping cart.
11. Hard-Ticket Events
Throughout the year, WDW hosts several events that require admission beyond park tickets. Popular events include Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, and other after-hours celebrations. While the cost is steep and most events only span 4-5 hours - the reduced crowds, special entertainment, and rare character appearances make the price well worth it. If your trip coincides with any of these magical soirees, take the plunge. You’ll be glad you did.
Even if you can only afford one of the aforementioned splurges, you’ll notice a difference from adding just a hint of luxury. As the old saying goes, “When in Rome!” The same motto can be applied to this magical destination. Take advantage travelers!
