Disney World bus driver Jean Valentin was critically injured in an accident near Epcot when his bus collided with an empty tour bus that had stopped in a moving lane of traffic. Valentin, whose legs were crushed as a result of the accident, was determined to be partially at fault in the accident though he received a settlement of nearly one million dollars after suing the other bus company. Eight other passengers had minor injuries.
