9-year-old Chase Brubaker was killed when he reportedly veered his bike into a Disney resort bus while riding in Fort Wilderness Campground and fell under the wheels. Florida Highway Patrol investigators issued a report claiming that badly underinflated tires on the boy’s bicycle may have contributed to the accident.
