10 Under $10: Disney Snacks That Are Totally Worth It

Let’s be honest, Walt Disney World isn’t known for budget-friendly eats. Prices across the parks can feel pretty elevated, and more than a few snacks might leave your wallet lighter and your stomach still rumbling (looking at you, EPCOT festival booths; delicious but tiny).

That said, not all hope is lost! Scattered throughout the parks are snack gems that clock in under $10 and still feel satisfying, delicious, and totally worth it. These picks will save you from going over budget without skimping on flavor or fun.

Magic Kingdom

1. Mickey Waffle with Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread, Bananas, Berries, and Whipped Cream – $9.49
Sleepy Hollow Refreshments
A picture-perfect waffle loaded with fruit and Nutella, this is a surprisingly filling start to your day or a shareable afternoon treat.

2. Warm Cinnamon Roll – $6.99
Gaston's Tavern
This isn’t your average cinnamon roll; it’s giant, gooey, and served warm, with icing that cascades down the sides like a sugary waterfall.

It’s big enough to share (though you might not want to) and makes a perfect pairing with a LeFou’s Brew or morning coffee. Bonus: it’s one of the most Instagrammable snacks in the park, especially in front of Gaston’s fountain.

3.Pineapple Upside-Down Cake with Dole Whip – $6.99
Aloha Isle
This tropical treat layers a warm, buttery slice of pineapple upside-down cake with a swirl of refreshing Dole Whip on top. It’s the perfect combo of rich and fruity, making it a must-try for sweet tooths looking to cool off in Adventureland.

4. Cream Cheese Warm Stuffed Pretzel – $7.99
The Lunching Pad
This pretzel is soft and pillowy on the outside, with a surprise creamy, sweet filling on the inside. It’s one of those under-the-radar snacks that regulars rave about and a great option when you want something indulgent but portable.

Slightly sweet, slightly savory, and perfect for munching as you make your way through Tomorrowland.

EPCOT

3. School Bread – $4.99
Kringla Bakeri og Kafe (Norway Pavilion)
This cult-favorite Norwegian treat is a soft, cardamom-spiced bun filled with creamy vanilla custard and topped with shredded coconut.

It’s just the right balance of light and sweet, with a unique flavor that stands out among the usual snack fare. It's perfect for a mid-day pick-me-up as you wander through the World Showcase.

4. Elote – $8.00
Choza de Margarita (Mexico Pavilion)
This isn’t your basic corn on the cob; this is next-level elote. Grilled to perfection and smothered in chipotle aioli, cotija cheese, and a sprinkle of Tajín, it delivers bold flavor with every bite. It’s messy, craveable, and totally worth grabbing a napkin or two.

Hollywood Studios

5. Carrot Cake Whoopie Pie – $5.70
Trolley Car Café
A soft carrot cake twist on the classic whoopie pie, this treat features fluffy spiced cake rounds and thick cream cheese frosting in the middle. It’s rich, satisfying, and pairs perfectly with a Starbucks coffee for a sweet mid-day break.

6. Outpost Popcorn Mix – $6.49
Kat Saka’s Kettle (Galaxy’s Edge)
This colorful blend of sweet and spicy popcorn is exclusive to Galaxy’s Edge and brings serious flavor in every bite. It’s an adventurous snack that’s easy to munch on as you explore Black Spire Outpost, and it looks great in photos!

Popcorn pro tip: If you buy a souvenir popcorn bucket (usually starting at $13), you can refill it at most popcorn carts throughout the parks for just $2.25 (the maple popcorn in the Canadian pavilion is included!) If you’re a popcorn fan, this adds huge savings throughout your trip.

Animal Kingdom

9. Pork Egg Rolls – $8.99
Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafes
These crispy egg rolls come two per order and are stuffed with seasoned pork and veggies. They’re flavorful, filling enough to keep you going, and easy to snack on as you head to your next expedition.

10. French Fries with Pulled Pork and Cheese – $8.49
Flame Tree Barbecue
Golden fries are loaded with tender pulled pork and melted cheese, making this a budget-friendly, indulgent bite. Grab a shady table by the water and enjoy some serious barbecue flavor without a full entrée price.

Bonus Tip: Use the Kids’ Menu for Light Snacks

Don’t sleep on the kids’ menus! Many park restaurants offer small entrées under $10, and they’re not all chicken nuggets or pizza. Some of our favorite picks:

  • Queso Empanadas at La Cantina de San Angel in EPCOT – cheesy, crispy, and satisfying.

  • Cheeseburger Steamed Pod at Satu’li Canteen in Animal Kingdom – think McDonald's burger meets bao bun (in the best way).

They’re great for adults looking for a lighter meal or a budget breakfast on the go.

Savor the Magic, One Snack at a Time

While Disney dining can be pricey, it’s still possible to snack smart and stay satisfied—you just need to know where to look. Skip the overpriced mini-portions and head for these tasty under-$10 options that actually deliver on value.
