Sure, Tom Sawyer’s Island is advertised on the park map, making it easy enough to find. However, this peaceful little island offers a whole host of little alcoves, nooks, and crannies for a person to hang around in. This fact alone makes Tom Sawyer’s Island well worth a visit on a busy day.
Not sure where to find the best secret spots on the island? Try heading to Aunt Polly’s Gazebo. This spot offers some shade and a nice view. Best of all, it is rarely visited by other park guests.
To get to Tom Sawyer’s Island, hop on the rafts leaving from Frontierland and ride across the Rivers of America.
