7 Reasons Why You Definitely Need A Magic Band In Walt Disney World Resort

3. Scanning FastPasses is a Cinch

FastPass+ is a nifty system that allows guests to schedule in advance when they would like to ride certain rides. That said, this system can also be a pain if you are one of the few guests without a MagicBand.

The reason for this is because the FastPass+ system requires riders to scan their park tickets in order to confirm their reservations. This is frustrating for those with card-style tickets who must dig in their bag or pocket in order to produce the required ticket. It becomes even more frustrating if and when Fastpass users are required to scan twice for a particular ride.

Obviously, MagicBands are much easier to deal with in this situation.
