Going to Disney World with your loved ones can be the best vacation EVER! From riding Space Mountain to meeting Mickey Mouse, Disney World is truly the most magical place on Earth. In this article, we will see a few tips that will help you to have the BEST Disney vacation ever!

8. Purchase the Park Hopper option on your ticket.

Having the Park Hopper makes you feel like you have all the power! No, but really, the Park Hopper option gives you the power to go to any of the parks all in the same day. Do you want to start the day at Magic Kingdom but see Fantasmic and ride the Tower of Terror at Hollywood Studios in the evening? With the Park Hopper, you can! Everyone in your family has different interests and tastes, and in order to appease everyone, you are going to want to have the Park Hopper.

7. Take advantage of the FastPass option.

Want to ride the big rides but don’t want to wait in the looonngggg lines? With the FastPass option you don’t have to! With your Magic Band, you can load three FastPass options onto your Magic Band and Voila! You only have to wait 5-15 minutes! The cool thing about the Magic Bands is that you can load your FastPasses onto you Magic Bands BEFORE you even get to Disney World! It helps all those people who like to plan out each of their days at Disney World beforehand. But if there are long lines and you don’t have a FastPass, don’t be afraid of those 30-60 minute waits. I know my previous tip was to get the FastPass, but waiting in line is not so bad. Now, a lot of the rides such as the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Toy Story Mania have fun options to entertain those impatient little ones (and the impatient big ones) while you wait in the long lines. It’s also a good time to spend time with your family. Talk about the rest of your day and favorite parts of the trip so far. I know you won’t want to wait in every line, but a few long lines will be worth spending time with your family.

6. Use the Dining Plan.

Using the Dining Plan at Walt Disney World is probably the best way to enjoy your family vacation. I have been to Disney World many times but I never used the Dining Plan until I went on my honeymoon and it was the BEST choice we made about the entire trip. Not only does the Dining Plan save you around 20% of what you would usually pay for food, but the food is AMAZING! And with the Dining Plan, you don’t have to constantly worry about having to pay every time you eat. You can scan your Magic Band and be on your way! Super convenient and super easy!

5. Enjoy the Firework shows and Parades.

Disney World has some of the best Firework shows that I have ever seen! Between the music and the fireworks, you do not want to miss these incredible shows. The parades are worth watching too! People say that during the parades is the best time to go ride the rides because the lines are very short. This is true, but watching parades is worth waiting in longer lines! The Electrical Parade at Magic Kingdom is my favorite! It’s a time where you can see the characters up close and take really good pictures! It’s a truly magical time both to watch the parade and fireworks but also to enjoy your family as well.

4. Don’t rush.

Do not rush around the parks from one place to another. Take time to enjoy the little things such as looking for Hidden Mickeys or taking time to let your kids cool off at Casey Jr. Splash ‘N’ Soak Station. By not rushing throughout all of the parks, your family will be more relaxed and will have more energy to get throughout the day.

3. Don’t expect to be able to do everything in one trip.

You can’t do everything in one trip. It’s impossible. Disney World is over 20,000 acres of attractions, restaurants, resorts, and more. There is no way to do everything in your one trip. Every time I go back to Disney World I find something else new to do. Before you go to Disney World, take the time to pick out priorities for your trip and it will make your trip easier and less stressful.

2. Take time to relax.

Rest is important while you are at Disney World. Disney World is huge and you are going to want to have all the energy you can to walk around each of the HUGE parks. I would suggest taking time to relax even if it is only for half a day. Check out your resort’s pool. The pools at the Disney World resorts are very unique and very fun. There is something for the whole family at the pools. Some of the pools have water slides and some have hot tubs, so there is something for each member of the family to enjoy.

1. Enjoy time with your family and your loved ones.

This is perhaps the most important tip that I can give to anyone. Take time to do things that the different members of your family want to do. Everyone in your family probably has very different interests and at Disney World there is something for everyone! Sitting together to watch a parade, waiting in line, or even eating dinner, every moment is important and you need to cherish it. Make lots of memories with your family!

Disney World is the happiest place on Earth. It is also a place where you can make some of the best memories! I hope that these tips will help you to have the most Magical Disney Vacation you could ever have!
