8 Walt Disney World Vacation Add-Ons That Are Worth the Splurge

4. Fireworks Cruises

If the dessert parties mentioned earlier weren’t enough to get you excited about the fireworks show, you might consider a fireworks cruise. These are available for viewing Epcot’s Illuminations show, as well as Magic Kingdom’s new fireworks show,  Happily Ever After.

The fireworks cruises include a fun boat ride, cold beverages and limited snacks while aboard the vessel, and a dazzling view of the fireworks reflected in the glistening water. Some options also include delicious desserts and even a character meet-and-greet, so be sure you book the option you prefer.

Prices for fireworks cruises vary quite a bit based on the cruise you choose. While some of the shared-boat options start at a very affordable $72 per person, a private boat is also an option and can also be quite reasonable depending on the number of people cruising with you.

No matter which option you pick, be sure to reserve in advance in order to ensure availability.
