6. The Cast List
Did you notice that I said “cast members” and not “park employees”? Disney uses that terminology for their employees, because they truly consider every person to be part of the show. Uniforms are “costumes”. Jobs are “roles”. While roles may include dressing up as Mickey, many other roles include things like keeping the walkways clean and directing guests to the nearest ice cream stand. Like a true Broadway production, no part is too small and no part lacks significance. The harmonious clockwork of all cast members performing their roles, is truly what sets WDW above the rest.
