The Edison is one of the most unique restaurants in Disney Springs, offering specialty eats, live entertainment, and a vibrant specialty cocktail menu right on Walt Disney World property. The restaurant is also known for its memorable special events, which in the past have included masquerade balls, 1920s parties, and more.
This December, The Edison is partnering with Ketel One Botanicals to host a Mixology Series pairing some of their unique menu items with specialty cocktails. Guests of the event will be able to try two specialty beverages crafted just for the holidays alongside menu items chosen for a pairing by The Edison.
The event runs December 1, 8, and 15, 5-7 pm at The Edison, and we have all of the details for each date per the restaurant listed below.
