This sun-soaked oasis is themed around the whimsical aftermath of a powerful storm and features a mix of relaxation and thrills. When the park is operating, guests can lounge on sandy beaches, float along Castaway Creek, or take on the waves of the Typhoon Lagoon Surf Pool.

The centerpiece of this watery wonderland is the towering Miss Tilly, a shipwreck perched precariously atop Mount Mayday, making every splash and wave feel like part of an epic adventure.

For thrill-seekers, Crush ‘n’ Gusher is one of Typhoon Lagoon’s signature attractions, sending riders through sudden drops and tight turns inside an abandoned tropical fruit-processing plant. Another major thrill attraction is Humunga Kowabunga, featuring steep body slides designed for adventurous guests.

For younger guests, Ketchakiddee Creek features pint-sized slides and splash areas designed for children 48 inches tall or shorter. When Typhoon Lagoon reopens, its combination of thrilling water attractions, relaxing experiences, and tropical theming will once again offer guests a distinctive Walt Disney World water park experience.
