Christmas is coming back to Magic Kingdom, and Disney has officially pulled back the curtain on Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party for 2026. The after-hours holiday event will once again transform the park with festive entertainment, seasonal snacks, character meet-and-greets, and exclusive experiences that are only available during party nights.
The event remains one of Walt Disney World’s most popular seasonal offerings, regularly drawing large crowds throughout November and December. While guests can expect many familiar traditions to return this year, Disney has also confirmed higher starting ticket prices compared to 2025.
25 Nights of Holiday Magic
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will take place on 25 select evenings from November 8 through December 22, 2026. The event schedule spans both November and December, giving guests plenty of opportunities to experience Magic Kingdom during the holiday season.
Party hours remain unchanged, running from 7 p.m. until midnight. However, ticket holders can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4 p.m., giving them up to eight hours inside the park. No regular theme park admission is required on the same day.
Prices Are Climbing Again
Disney has set ticket prices between $189 and $229 per person before tax. While the maximum price remains unchanged from last year, the least expensive tickets now cost $20 more than they did in 2025. Children ages 3 through 9 continue to receive a $10 discount.
Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members can save $10 on select nights throughout parts of November and early December.
Entertainment Favorites Return
Disney is bringing back many of the event’s most popular offerings. Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade returns with toy soldiers, gingerbread characters, Disney favorites, and Santa Claus. Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks will once again light up the skies above Cinderella Castle, while Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration returns to the castle stage.
Guests can also watch Frozen Holiday Surprise, featuring Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and the snowgies as Cinderella Castle receives its holiday makeover. Dance parties and additional entertainment will be scattered throughout the park during the evening.
Characters, Attractions, and Treats
Several exclusive character experiences are returning, including Anna and Elsa, holiday versions of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Jack Skellington as Sandy Claws, Sally, and Santa Claus himself.
Popular holiday ride overlays will also return to Space Mountain, Tomorrowland Speedway, Mad Tea Party, Jungle Cruise, and Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor. Meanwhile, many major attractions across Magic Kingdom will remain open during the event.
Guests can once again enjoy complimentary cookies and holiday beverages at designated locations throughout the park, one of the party’s longest-running traditions. Exclusive merchandise and specialty offerings are also expected to return.
With holiday entertainment, seasonal overlays, and festive atmosphere throughout Magic Kingdom, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party appears set to remain one of Walt Disney World’s biggest holiday draws in 2026.
