Chicken Guy! is serving breakfast at Disney Springs. Chicken and waffles, seven dollars and change.
Some context.
Look, breakfast has always been the dead spot at Disney Springs. Not because the food was bad. Because there was barely any of it. The whole district is built around lunch, dinner, and late-night browsing. Shops crack open mid-morning. Most restaurants sit locked until 11 a.m.
Want something early before a park day? Historically, tough luck.
That is finally changing, and Guy Fieri of all people is the one changing it.
Chicken Guy!, over in Town Center, has added weekend breakfast. The place made its name on all-natural tenders and a genuinely absurd wall of house-made sauces, and it has been one of the busiest quick-service spots in the district since it opened.
Now it beats its neighbors to the punch.
When at Disney Springs
Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Start time is a little muddy right now. The restaurant has been listed at 8:30 a.m. for breakfast, but Disney's own Disney Springs page shows a 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. window for Saturday, August 29.
Either way, 11 a.m. is the hard stop. Regular menu takes over from there into the night. Weekdays, no breakfast, doors at 11 a.m. like always.
Check the app the night before if you are building a morning around it.
The Sandwiches
Prices first, because that is the actual story:
- Chicken, Egg & Cheese, crispy chicken, freshly cracked egg, cheddar, special sauce, brioche bun, $7.49
- Bacon, Egg & Cheese, smoked bacon, freshly cracked egg, cheddar, special sauce, brioche bun, $6.99
- Sausage, Egg & Cheese, breakfast sausage, freshly cracked egg, cheddar, special sauce, brioche bun, $6.99
- Sausage Biscuit, breakfast sausage on a buttery biscuit, $5.49
- Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, sausage, freshly cracked egg, cheddar, special sauce, buttery biscuit, $6.49
A $5.49 sausage biscuit. On Disney property. In 2026.
That is not a tourist price. That is a price that gets cast members and locals in the door.
The Specialties
Here is the good stuff:
- Chicken & Waffles, crispy tenders stacked on a fresh made buttermilk waffle, powdered sugar on top, whipped maple butter and syrup on the side, $7.49
- French Toast Sticks coated in sweet apple and cinnamon cereal crunch, whipped maple butter and syrup, $7.49
- Breakfast Wrap, chopped tenders, scrambled eggs, breakfast tots, cheddar, flour tortilla, salsa, $6.99
- Breakfast Bowl, chopped tenders, scrambled eggs, breakfast tots, cheddar, smoked bacon, salsa, $7.49
Chicken and waffles are the obvious star, and a tenders restaurant charging $7.49 for it is borderline reckless in the best way.
But keep an eye on those French Toast Sticks. Apple cinnamon cereal crunch coating is peak Fieri, and that is the item destined to be all over your feed by Sunday.
Tots and Combos
Breakfast Tots run $2.99 solo.
Combo anything with breakfast tots plus coffee or hot tea. Swap in juice or iced coffee for $1 more.
This puts most orders at $10 or $11 with a drink. For breakfast. At Walt Disney World. Read that again.
Why It Actually Works
The timing here is sharper than it looks.
Weekend mornings at Disney Springs are a wasteland. Guests at nearby resorts, locals with passes, anybody sitting on a late park reservation, all of them killing time in a district where nothing has opened.
Going live before 11 a.m. Friday through Sunday puts Chicken Guy! in front of every one of them with basically no competition. It also picks off people headed to the parks who want something quicker and cheaper than a resort breakfast.
And the sauces are the sneaky part. Chicken, eggs, and tots are a menu practically built for dipping.
