Disney finally released the menus for Hurly-Burly. There are meatballs, miso-caramel doughnuts, and ten cocktails.
Some context.
Look, JellyRolls ran for nearly 30 years on the west end of Disney's BoardWalk, doing something that nothing else on property tried. No characters. No IP. Two pianos and a room full of adults screaming requests.
It closed in spring 2025. Not dead, though. JellyRolls announced plans to reopen in Lake Buena Vista, outside Walt Disney World.
But that BoardWalk space sat empty, and the west end lost its live music anchor.
Enter Hurly-Burly, a waterfront lounge themed to a historic seaside theatre, opening late 2026. Family-friendly trivia and games in the afternoon, then 21 and up live music at night.
And unlike JellyRolls, it feeds you.
Small Bites

Theater Concessions is the whole concept on one plate. Meatballs, a cookie, and buttered popcorn together is a direct hit on the seaside theatre theme, and that thing is getting photographed into oblivion.
The Mini Apple Cider Doughnuts are the sleeper pick. Miso caramel is savory-sweet and has been showing up on menus well beyond Disney. Considerably smarter than another caramel drizzle.

Overture in Orange is pure nostalgia bait, and a frozen orange treat on the BoardWalk in Florida is just correct.

Here is the actual headline for anybody who drank well liquor at JellyRolls for a decade.
Plymouth Navy Strength Gin. Michter's Single Barrel Rye. Woodford Reserve. Laird's Applejack. Those are not the bottles Disney lounges usually pour. The Mertini in particular is a bone-dry, spirit-forward martini with nothing sweet hiding anywhere in it.
And the names never quit. Overture. Marquee. Off-book. Road to Fame. Quality EntertainMint. Theatre puns all the way down.
Six of them are available at the walk-up window: Caramel Corn Old Fashioned, Cherry-Vodka Limeade, The Atlantic Review, Bubble Brava!, La Taquilla Picante, and Off-book Bramble. Which turns Hurly-Burly into a BoardWalk drink stop, not just a room you commit an evening to.
The Rest of It
The BoardWalk has been bleeding venues. ESPN Club closed. Big River Grille and Brewing Works closed. JellyRolls closed. Three longtime spots gone from one short stretch of waterfront.
A new Basin store is also coming, with custom bath teas, make-your-own soaps, and a soap embossing press. A quick-service restaurant has been teased with details still pending.
Pricing and an exact opening date are not out yet.
For JellyRolls diehards, be honest with yourself. This is not a spiritual successor. Dueling pianos are a very specific thing.
But the room is coming back, live music returns to the west end, and this time there is a plate in front of you.
