5. Determine if You Can Purchase the Plan
Can all WDW guests purchase the Disney Dining Plan? Almost! All guests staying in Disney hotels, members of the Disney Vacation Club, and Annual Pass Holders are eligible to purchase this feature. Again, don’t fret if you don’t fall into any of these categories. You are still more than welcome to feast in all of the dining establishments. Also, if you have any children under the age of 3, you will not be required to purchase a dining plan for them. Instead, you are welcome to share meals with the kiddos.
