Lake Buena Vista Golf Course is a world class 18-hole course, having hosted both the PGA and LPGA tours. It’s located right at Saratoga Springs, so if you’re traveling with a golfer, the convenience to this great course is a real treat!
9. Booking a Room is Easy – AND a Good Value for your Points!
Because Saratoga Springs is such a large resort, it has much more availability than other DVC resorts. You shouldn’t have any trouble booking your stay here, even within the 7-month window. You may want to take a look at the DVC point charts, too, to compare the point costs. The same date during the “Magic” Season (a quite busy time to travel) will cost you 14 points at Saratoga Springs but a whopping 23 points at The Polynesian. People who have not tried the resort are often nervous about the quality of stay there because there is so much availability, but it has more to do with the age of the resort (it’s not the newest and most popular), the lack of proximity to a theme park, and the fact that there are simply so many rooms on site. None of these factors should deter you from booking and checking it out for yourself!
