4: In-Castle Dining While we will admit that the Sleeping Beauty castle walkthrough is pretty awesome, it just isn’t the same as the extravagant dining experience available at Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom. Currently, there are no princess dining experiences in all of Disneyland, and that is a truly upsetting thing for die-hard princess fans out there.  

5: Spaceship Earth Time travel is something everyone wishes they could experience at one time or another. Unfortunately, true time travel just isn’t possible (yet). However, Spaceship Earth offers a great opportunity to pretend you’re traveling through the ages, all while being entertained and educated simultaneously. This Epcot attraction is one we definitely miss when visiting the west coast.  

6: Test Track Radiator Springs Racers is as close as Disneyland Resort gets to Test Track, and while the ride is very, very well done, and we are happy to ride it again and again, it just isn’t the same. 7: The World Showcase Anyone who appreciates various cultures will love the World Showcase. Unfortunately, the World Showcase is unique to Disney World’s Epcot, meaning Disneyland visitors won’t be able to enjoy it. This is just too bad, especially if you were hoping to “drink around the world” or try all the delicious and interesting foods from various lands.

9: Safari Rides One amazing and unique thing offered by Animal Kingdom is the Kilimanjaro Safari ride. This attraction takes you through some amazing scenery and offers you a glimpse at some even more amazing creatures. There is just nothing like it at Disneyland Resort, and that makes us super sad.
