In March 2024, Universal Orlando Resort security noticed a woman attempting to enter Universal Studios Florida without scanning a ticket. Security quickly alerted law enforcement, following the woman as she moved through the Port of Entry area. Cop Action On Cam recently shared the bodycam footage of the arrest on YouTube:

When the officer approached her, he asked about her theme park ticket. “My mother-in-law has it,” the woman responded. “… I’m trying to figure out why [security] is stopping me.”

“You don’t have a ticket right now,” the officer replied. “You’re in the park. Right now, it’s a theft of service. So let’s go.”

The woman initially refused to comply with the officer’s request to walk to Universal Orlando Resort’s security office, instead attempting to walk away while speaking on her phone. When the officer caught up with her, he warned her she had one more chance to go to the security office before facing further consequences.

“Just take me to jail, baby,” the woman replied, which led to the officer tackling her to the ground and placing her in handcuffs.

“My mother-in-law has my ticket!” the woman shouted while lying on the ground. “…Somebody record! I have a ticket!”

As the officer led the woman away, she continued to resist, calling the officer “racist” and urging bystanders to record the incident. “This f***er slammed me down. You’d better be glad you’re a police officer,” she yelled.

“If you’d have acted like a normal human being, you wouldn’t be here,” the officer replied. “What don’t you understand? I am a police officer.”

In the security office, the woman refused to sit down and continued to resist, prompting the officer to take her to his police car. She initially refused to sit in the vehicle, but complied after officers threatened to “spray” her.

The woman’s husband arrived shortly afterward with their children and began arguing with the officers, claiming his wife had a valid theme park ticket. Despite this, the woman never produced a valid Universal Studios Florida ticket.

Eventually, the woman admitted that she was under the influence of alcohol and again insisted that she had a ticket. “We have yet to see these tickets,” the sergeant replied. “How are you going to produce these tickets? Your husband left.”

Before being transported to jail, the woman claimed she would have shown the officer her ticket had he not spoken to her “rudely.”

The woman’s husband posted her $1,000 bail, but she failed to appear for her scheduled court dates. According to the video, there is an active warrant for her arrest.

Universal Orlando Resort has yet to make a public statement about the incident.

  2. Ah, the benefits we’re now reaping by enabling bad behavior and promoting “everyone’s (who’s a Liberal) is a victim” mentality. Well done (Left) society.
