Can’t-Miss Restaurants at Walt Disney World Parks

If you’re a true Disney fanatic, there are a few things you won’t want to miss while in the parks. Certain rides, shows, and meet-and-greets are absolute must-sees for a die-hard Disney fan. Besides these attractions, there are also some restaurants you’ll definitely want to try.

What we find time and time again is that the deep-down Disney fans are suckers for Disney-style theming, character interactions, and fun little twists. For this reason, we’ve chosen for you the most well themed and fun-loving eateries in the four main theme parks. Hit all of these and you’ll definitely leave happy.

1. Be Our Guest (Magic Kingdom)

Why you’ll love it: Be Our Guest offers visitors the chance to dine in the Beast’s castle. The three dining rooms are incredibly well themed and definitely worth stopping in for.

What you should know: This eatery is unique in that it is a quick-service restaurant during breakfast and lunch and turns into a table-service spot (complete with a visit from the Beast himself) at dinner. Therefore, eating here earlier in the day will save you some money. No matter when you choose to visit, you will need a reservation.

2. Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom)

Why you’ll love it: This character meal gives you an opportunity to meet several of the characters from Winnie the Pooh without waiting in any lines at all. Besides that, the food on the buffet is wonderful and the meal is relatively affordable.

What you should know: Unlike years past, making a morning reservation at this restaurant no longer gives you early access to an empty park. Additionally, this eatery tends to be running behind, so plan plenty of time for this meal.

3. Skipper’s Canteen (Magic Kingdom)

Why you’ll love it: Skippers straight out of Jungle Cruise are the waitstaff at this restaurant, and just as you might expect, they have enough “punny” jokes to last the entire meal. The menu is well themed as well, with exotic dishes that add to the experience.

What you should know: The menu at this food spot is a bit different. Therefore, you will want to make sure there is something you’ll enjoy before making a reservation.

4. Cinderella’s Royal Table (Magic Kingdom)

Why you’ll love it: Cinderella’s Royal Table gives guests a chance to dine inside of the iconic Cinderella Castle while visiting with princesses and enjoying lovely views of Fantasyland.

What you should know: Snagging a reservation here is nearly impossible if not done 180 days out, and it requires a phone call since these reservations cannot be made online. You’ll also have to pay in advance, so be prepared for that when calling in.
