    2. Resisting Arrest In May of 2007 Five guests ranging in age from 14 to 20 were accused of harassing and spitting on people in Magic Kingdom. When Disney security and eventually Orange County Sheriffs were called, the suspects became increasingly violent, and one allegedly punched an officer in the face. Despite their resistance, they were, of course, arrested.

    3. Fighting with Other Guests Mere days later in May of 2007, a woman claims she was physically attacked in line for the Mad Tea Party ride, resulting in a concussion and herniated disc. Her attacker was arrested, convicted, and sentenced to both jail time and anger management courses.

    4. Groping Characters In June of 2009 a Pennsylvania man inappropriately touched a cast member dressed as Minnie Mouse during a photo greeting. The man eventually pled guilty to the charges and was sentenced to probation and community service.

    5. Lewd Behavior In July of 2009 at Typhoon Lagoon Waterpark, there were three separate reports of lewd conduct that resulted in suspects fleeing the scene or being arrested. Reports include indications of fondling, indecent exposure, and attempts to remove girls’ bathing suits near the wave pool.

    6. Kicking Children In July of 2012 witnesses claim to have seen a man from Italy kick his three year old son in the face during an argument at Epcot. The father was arrested and jailed though he insisted that the child’s face was bleeding because his stroller was tipped over by an older brother.

    7. Attempted Theft In October of 2013 a young man entered the backstage office area of Innovations at Epcot and attempted to take a cargo work cart from the premises. Three cast members confronted him and the suspect then began to throw punches and swing a plastic pipe. He fled the scene, but officers apprehended and arrested him easily due to his intoxication.
