The collision occurred on Epcot Center Drive as the bus was en route to Disney World with guests picked up from Orlando International Airport to start their vacations.  Two bus passengers were taken to the hospital as well.

April 28, 2010 A woman was badly injured when the small watercraft she and her husband were driving collided with a Disney ferry.  Barbara Wormald suffered fractured ribs and a collapsed lung when the collision between the Sea Raycer that she and her husband had rented and the large Disney boat resulted in her being pinned between the two boats.  Her husband escaped without injury.

December 26, 2010 69-year-old Robert Krueger died after he stepped in front of a Disney resort bus in the parking lot of Disney’s Port Orleans Resort and was struck.  The victim was not using a proper crosswalk at the time he walked out in front of the bus, and the bus driver was found to be free of any wrongdoing in the death.
