Police Called at Approximately 6:46 A.M.

The incident appeared on WDW Active Crime's tracking system at approximately 6:46 a.m. Sunday.

The call was categorized as “child neglect” and listed Flamingo Crossings Boulevard as its location. It was subsequently marked as cleared.

That classification sounds alarming, but it is important to remember that an initial dispatch category does not necessarily tell the complete story of an incident.

Law enforcement has not publicly released details explaining what deputies discovered after arriving at the scene.

There is currently no confirmed information about the child's age or condition. No publicly available information has identified a suspect or indicated whether anyone was arrested or charged.

Incident Happened in the Flamingo Crossings Area

Flamingo Crossings sits near Walt Disney World's western gateway and has grown into a significant hub for people visiting and working around the resort.

The development contains shopping and dining locations alongside numerous hotels.

Disney's Flamingo Crossings Village housing complex is also located in the surrounding area and serves Disney College Program participants.

However, nothing currently available confirms that Sunday's police response occurred at Flamingo Crossings Village.

There is similarly no indication that the call originated inside one of Walt Disney World's four theme parks.

Details Could Provide More Answers

The biggest questions surrounding Sunday's incident remain unanswered.

The available call information confirms a police response to Flamingo Crossings Boulevard at approximately 6:46 a.m. and shows that authorities initially categorized the incident as child neglect.

Beyond that, there simply isn't enough information available to determine what happened.

A future incident report could provide considerably more context, including what prompted the emergency response and what deputies found when they arrived.

For now, Sunday's call remains another police response in the broader Walt Disney World area with significant details still awaiting clarification.
