The Barnstormer originally opened in 1996 as “The Barnstormer at Goofy’s Wiseacre Farm,” but it was rethemed in 2012 to fit the new Storybook Circus setting during the Fantasyland expansion.
The ride experience begins as guests board airplane-themed cars that resemble makeshift flying contraptions.
