Dates Announced for the 2022 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival

The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is a fan-favorite Walt Disney World event that encompasses the full foodie experience with outdoor kitchens around the park, exclusive seminars, merchandise, live music, and more! This year’s festival will run for a packed 129 days throughout World Showcase and the rest of EPCOT’s neighborhoods kicking off July 14, 2022, and running all the way through November 19, 2022, at this Disney Park!

The Disney Parks Blog shared that the 2022 festival will include a number of returning favorite Global Marketplace options throughout the park, including The Swanky Saucy Swine, Appleseed Orchard, Hops & Barley, Earth Eats hosted by Impossible and Shimmering Sips hosted by CORKCICLE. Additional outdoor kitchens will continue to open throughout this year’s Food and Wine Festival, as well, so if you are local to Central Florida you’ll likely want to make more than one trip!

The Eat to the Beat Concert Series will return to the America Gardens Theatre in the American Adventure pavilion, with musical acts to be announced. This fan-favorite event presented by Florida Blue Medicare features internationally recognized artists performing right in EPCOT , with each concert included with theme park admission (with the option to purchase a dining package for advanced access to seats.)

Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak scavenger hunt will be back with family fun for kids and parents to experience together around the park. Guests will be able to pick up a map and stickers from select merchandise locations around the park, then set off for this festival-exclusive scavenger hunt.

For more Ratatouille-inspired fun, Emile’s Fromage Montage will be available during this year’s EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival for Guests to collect stamps in their festival passport after eligible (and cheesy!) purchases at select Global Marketplaces.

As with any EPCOT special event, unique merchandise will also be available with themes and designs to be announced at a later date. This year’s event will include a variety of apparel, home décor, Disney trading pins, and more. Merchandise will also likely include Disney gift card designs (with the wearable wristband option) which came be helpful when budgeting for all your sparkling wine and Appleseed Orchard eats. The Disney Dining Plan has also been helpful during past Food and Wine Fest events, however, Disney has not announced an update on if or when the plan will return.

Valid theme park admission is required to enter EPCOT during the festival. We will be back with more updates on this year’s EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival as we have them, but in the meantime, happy planning!
