Connections CafĂ© and Eatery will be a new quick service restaurant located in EPCOT’s World Celebration neighborhood. As part of World Celebration, the restaurant’s concept will take its cues from a global marketplace as it is inspired by the power that food has to bring people together. While we have had some glimpses of the restaurant’s original concept art, flooring, and signage, the Disney Parks Blog just shared the first details of Connections CafĂ© and Eatery’s upcoming menu.

The menu will feature a variety of burger options, including the French Bistro Burger, Banh Mi Burger, Southwestern Burger, and Greek-inspired Mediterranean Burger. Each burger offers something for every taste, with the French Bistro Burger featuring caramelized onions, bacon, and brie, and the Southwestern Burger being topped off with roasted chipotle-corn salsa and guacamole.

Connections Café and Eatery will also be a World Celebration destination for milkshakes, cocktails and mocktails. For milkshakes, the Mango-Coconut Milk Shake that is topped with pomegranate molasses drizzle will be a great choice for a refreshing drink in the park, while the Apple Pie Gelato Shake will offer an unconventional spin on the classic dessert.

Lastly, Connections Café and Eatery will feature a number of cocktails and mocktails, with items like the Watermelon-Mint Agua Fresca and Cucumber and Thai Basil Cooler. The Watermelon-Mint Agua Fresca is alcohol-free, so it could be a nice change of pace for Guests looking for something without alcohol that is more unique than soda or iced tea.

We will be back with more details on the newest restaurant in EPCOT as we get closer to its opening later this spring.
