DVC members, heads up. Disney Vacation Club is about to look a little different. Starting November 1, DVC is rolling out a brand-new advertising campaign with a brand-new tagline: “Always a Magical Tomorrow.”
And before anyone panics, no, your points aren’t changing. This is all about how Disney talks about DVC, not how your membership works. Okay, deep breath. Now let’s get into it.
So What Is This Campaign?
“Always a Magical Tomorrow” is DVC’s new big push across a bunch of different platforms. There’s a new commercial and new artwork, and it’s aimed at both people who already own and people who are thinking about buying in.
The timing makes sense too. Disney Vacation Club turns 35 in 2027, so this feels like Disney setting the stage for a big anniversary year.
Less Point Charts, More Feelings
Here’s what’s different. Instead of talking about point charts or room types, which, let’s be honest, can get a little confusing, this campaign is all about the feels.
It’s focused on looking forward to your next trip. Whether that’s heading back to the parks, lounging by a Deluxe resort pool, or traveling somewhere around the world, the whole idea is that with DVC, there’s always another trip to get excited about.
Here’s What Disney Said
Joe Rand, Senior Vice President of Disney Signature Experiences Commercial Strategy, explained it like this:
“This campaign represents an evolution of how we tell the Disney Vacation Club story. ‘Always a Magical Tomorrow’ speaks to the unique value of DVC membership. It reflects both the memories Members have already created and the excitement of what’s still ahead.”
So basically, it’s about the memories you’ve already made and the ones you haven’t made yet.
The Five Themes Are Pretty Cute
The campaign uses five different themes to show the ways members spend their vacations. And honestly? They’re kind of perfect.
Magical is all about chilling on your resort balcony or meeting your favorite characters. Wondrous is sharing special moments with the people you love. Dreamy is that feeling of finally relaxing after a long park day, which, we all know that feeling.
Then there’s Splashy, which is all about afternoon pool time at spots like Disney’s Polynesian Villas or Aulani. Yes, please. And finally, Thrilling, which is riding your favorite attractions right next to your family.
Which one are you? We’re definitely a Dreamy with a side of Splashy.
It’s a Family Thing
A big part of this campaign is all about families traveling together across generations. A lot of DVC members bought in years ago, and now they’re bringing their kids, grandkids, and the whole crew along.
Disney is leaning into that, showing how flexible membership can be and how it keeps families coming back again and again. Honestly, it’s kind of sweet.
What’s Actually Changing?
Let’s be super clear here. The way Disney markets DVC is changing, with a new tagline, commercial, and artwork. But your points, reservations, contracts, and membership rules? Those are staying exactly the same.
So no need to dig out your contract and reread it. This is a fresh coat of paint, not a renovation.
If You’re Thinking About Buying
The new campaign is definitely going to make DVC look dreamy, and that’s kind of the point. But if you’re thinking about buying in, still do your homework. Look at the costs, figure out how points work, and make sure it fits your family before you sign anything.
Look for It This Weekend
Starting November 1, keep an eye out for the new commercial and artwork. With the 35th anniversary coming up in 2027, it feels like DVC is gearing up for something big.
So, DVC members, are you feeling magical, wondrous, dreamy, splashy, or thrilling about this?
