Disneyland Resort revealed its full 2026 Christmas season lineup on Wednesday, covering the holiday takeover of the Southern California Disney parks from November 13, 2026, through January 6, 2027. Among the highlights: Mickey and Minnie Mouse will step out in all-new festive outfits when they greet guests in Town Square at Disneyland Park this season.

Disneyland Resort released concept art showing the reimagined Christmas looks for the pair, though actual costume photos haven't been shared yet.

Mickey and Minnie aren't the only ones getting a wardrobe refresh. Disneyland Resort confirmed that the characters' “friends” will also debut new holiday outfits this season, though the resort stopped short of naming exactly who's included. That grouping has typically referred to characters like Goofy, Pluto, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, and occasionally others such as Chip ‘n' Dale and Clarabelle Cow.

Guests will get their first look at the finished costumes when the holiday season officially kicks off at Disneyland Park on November 13, 2026.

What Else Is Coming to Disneyland This Christmas

The new character outfits are just one piece of a much larger holiday rollout at Disneyland Resort this year. Guests can expect returning entertainment favorites like “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” and the “Believe…In Holiday Magic” fireworks show over Sleeping Beauty Castle, alongside seasonal ride overlays, festive food and drink offerings, holiday merchandise, and glimmering decor throughout the Southern California Disney parks.

One other notable shift for 2026: Santa Claus is relocating to Mickey's Toontown at Disneyland Park. He previously met guests at the Fantasyland Theatre, but that space is now occupied by the Bluey's Best Day Ever show.
