Transportation debates are basically part of the Walt Disney World experience at this point.
Some guests swear Disney buses are perfectly fine. Others will do almost anything to avoid them entirely after a long day inside the parks. And after a recent TikTok started circulating online, people are now joking that one guest may have found the boldest solution yet.

Instead of waiting around for Disney transportation, a guest was spotted riding a mobility scooter down Buena Vista Drive near Walt Disney World property.
Yes, seriously.
The TikTok, posted by user @mikebickley, quickly started gaining attention online after viewers noticed the scooter traveling alongside regular traffic near Disney roads. The caption attached to the video simply reads:
@mikebickley He must have gotten tired of waiting on a bus and just thought he’d roll down Buena Vista Dr at Disney! #disney #disneyworld #scooter #cops #onpatrollive ♬ Slow Ride – Foghat
“He must have gotten tired of waiting on a bus.”
Meanwhile, text inside the video says:
“Your tired of waiting for Disney Transportation. Just ride your Scooter down Buena Vista Dr!”
That combination immediately turned the clip into something Disney fans started sharing everywhere.
Transportation Frustration Is Very Real at Disney World
To be fair, most Disney guests have probably had at least one rough transportation experience during a vacation.
Sometimes buses arrive instantly. Other times, guests end up waiting through multiple packed buses before finally squeezing onboard. Add Florida heat, tired kids, strollers, scooters, and nighttime crowds into the mix, and things can become frustrating pretty quickly.

That’s especially true at the end of the night when thousands of guests leave the parks at the exact same time.
Disney transportation remains one of the biggest perks of staying at a Disney Resort hotel, though. Guests can travel across property using buses, monorails, boats, and the Skyliner without worrying about parking or driving through Orlando traffic.

But videos like this show how quickly patience can disappear when delays happen.
The TikTok Feels Weirdly Relatable
What makes the video so entertaining is honestly how relatable the situation feels for frequent Disney visitors.
No, most people are not actually going to scooter down Buena Vista Drive. But the frustration behind the decision? Disney fans completely understood it.
The clip captures that exact moment during a Disney vacation where exhaustion starts taking over and everything suddenly feels more dramatic.

After spending all day in the parks, even waiting another 20 or 30 minutes for transportation can feel unbearable. That’s probably why the TikTok started spreading so quickly online.
The visual itself also feels surreal. Seeing somebody casually riding a scooter down a Disney roadway while cars pass nearby is not something you expect to see during a Walt Disney World vacation.
And yet somehow, it also feels perfectly on brand for the chaos that can occasionally happen during busy park days.
Disney Transportation Conversations Never Stop
Transportation complaints have become one of the biggest recurring discussions among Disney fans online.
Guests constantly compare which resorts have the best bus service, whether the Skyliner is worth booking around, and how Disney could improve transportation across property.
Some visitors even pick resorts almost entirely based on transportation convenience.
The TikTok accidentally tapped directly into that conversation.

People online immediately started joking that the guest probably got where they were going faster than waiting for another bus. Others shared their own stories about transportation delays after fireworks or during crowded holiday weeks.
At the same time, most fans also acknowledged that Disney handles an enormous transportation operation every single day. Moving thousands of guests across property nonstop is not exactly simple.
Still, moments like this continue becoming viral because they capture the real side of Disney vacations that guests actually experience.
Not everything always goes perfectly. Sometimes transportation gets backed up. Sometimes patience runs out.
And sometimes, apparently, somebody decides the scooter route sounds better than waiting another minute at the bus stop.
