A ripple effect from one ongoing construction project at one Disney park is now impacting Annual Passholders in a way that extends well beyond a closed restaurant.
A Renovation With Consequences
When Plaza Gardens Restaurant went dark in April for a refurbishment expected to run through early 2027, the focus was largely on the loss of one of Main Street, U.S.A.'s most beloved dining experiences. The Victorian table-service restaurant is being updated, with Disneyland Paris Resort pledging to preserve “the charm of this iconic Victorian restaurant on Main Street, U.S.A.,” in the process.
What's become clearer since is that the construction footprint around Plaza Gardens has forced the closure of both the First Aid Center and the Baby Care Center that sat nearby at Disneyland Park. The knock-on effect for Annual Passholders stems directly from where those services have landed in the meantime.
The Annual Passholder Office Is No Longer an Passholder Office
With the Baby Care Center needing a new temporary home, Disneyland Paris Resort tapped the former Annual Passholder office near the park's entrance — closest to the Disneyland Hotel — to fill that role. The problem is that space was previously used to host Annual Passholder-exclusive pop-up events, a perk that now has nowhere to live for the foreseeable future. First Aid Also Moved
The displacement isn't limited to the Baby Care Center. First Aid has also been moved from its Main Street, U.S.A., location to a temporary structure in Discoveryland, past the train tracks. @DLPReport also shared photos of the temporary facility:

What Guests Should Know Before They Visit
Both the temporary First Aid station and the relocated Baby Care Center are currently operational, so families won't be without support during their visit — they'll simply need to seek out the new locations rather than the familiar ones. The Annual Passholder event situation, however, has no workaround. With the dedicated space occupied through at least early 2027, those exclusive experiences are on pause for the duration.
