Don’t Miss These Magic Shots at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is one of the most exciting times of the year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. With Disney character topiaries and unique gardens popping up all over the park, outdoor kitchens, unique merchandise, and a packed Garden Rocks Concert Series at the America Gardens Theatre, there is so much to see and do during the spring months at EPCOT. One of the most underrated Flower & Garden Festival experiences is seeking out all of the unique Magic Shots located throughout the theme park, so today we are sharing five Disney PhotoPass shots you can’t miss this spring in EPCOT. 

Isabela Magic Shot, from Encanto (2021)

We covered this adorable Encanto-inspired Magic Shot when it was released last week, and it is certainly a must-do for any fans of the film visiting this year’s event. Make ‘perfect, practiced poses’ with Isabela while in EPCOT this spring, and find the shot near the water by Journey Into Imagination With Figment.

Butterfly Magic Shot

One of my personal favorite photos to take at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is to pose in front of the butterfly topiaries so it appears as though you have wings. If you already have this more ‘practical effects’ style shot, you’ll want to head over to the entrance to World Showcase by Port of Entry for this shot. This Magic Shot features a “kaleidoscope” of butterflies (who knew a group of butterflies was called a kaleidoscope? Thanks for the tip, Disney Parks Blog!)

Spike the Bee Magic Shot

Spike the Bee is one of the unofficial sort of mascots of the Flower & Garden Festival and it’s always fun to see him popping up in unexpected places. This adorable Magic Shot can be taken anywhere around World Showcase, so be sure to ask your PhotoPass photographer if they have the shot.

Orange Bird Magic Shot

No visit to the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is complete without spending some time ‘thinking orange thoughts.’ While you can spot Orange Bird on some of the exclusive festival merchandise and in sipper form if you order the orange lemon smoothie from the Citrus Blossom outdoor kitchen, this Magic Shot should also be on your list! Take this photo by the entrance to the park at the photo spots by Spaceship Earth.
