Attention, Florida residents! A new Disney World ticket discount to help Florida locals save this summer. The latest discount for Walt Disney World trips just for Florida residents can help locals cool off at a Disney water park this summer at a lower rate for two days.

The new two-day ticket special for a Walt Disney World water park ticket costs $69, and can be used for any two days beginning today, April 26 and runs through June 30, 2022. Limited blackout dates apply during Memorial Day weekend, May 27-30, 2022.

This Florida resident-exclusive offer is valid for any two days, whether consecutive or non-consecutive for Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon. A reservation is currently not required to visit water parks at the Walt Disney World Resort, so if you are looking for a more spontaneous Central Florida day trip these tickets could be a great value for some summer fun at Disney.

Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park is currently closed with no reopening date announced so far, but we will keep you updated as we learn more about the park’s reopening. The ticket is being marketed as a water park ticket, so it is likely that if Blizzard Beach does reopen before the end of June the ticket will be valid at this park as well. For now though, we’d plan on using these special savings to plan two trips to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon!

Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park is an exciting place to be this summer with the return of H2O Glow Nights, and fan-favorite attractions like Crush n’ Gusher, Storm Slides, and the park’s lazy river, wave pool, plus beach area with lounge chairs and cabanas, as well as popular treats and specialty beverages.

Additional savings are available for Florida residents looking to purchase an annual pass (with limited options as most passes have not yet become available since sales were paused), as well as for Walt Disney World theme park tickets to the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

For complete information and to purchase tickets, log in to your account at DisneyWorld.com, and remember to have your proof of Florida residency when you arrive at the park to use your tickets this summer.
